Standard ISO 9001: management through quality
The standards in the ISO 9000 family cover different aspects of quality management and provide guidelines for companies and organisations that want their products or services to be in tune with the needs of their customers.
The ISO 9000 family encompasses several standards, including 9001, which lays down requirements relating to a quality management system. It is based on a certain number of principles, such as:
- customer focus
- the motivation and commitment of the management team
- the process approach and continuous improvement
It helps to ensure that customers get products and services that are consistently of good quality. HYD&AU FLUID is ISO 9001 certified following an audit by DNV GL. Since 1998, our company has applied standard ISO 9001 on a day-to-day basis!
MASE certification: Company Safety Improvement Plan (Manuel d’Amélioration Sécurité, Santé, Environnement des entreprises)
MASE is a management system whose primary objective is the continuous improvement of company performance in terms of Health, Safety and the Environment. This system is intended for manufacturers to:
- improve safety through a management system appropriate to the company
- ensure better organisation and communication, by improving employee working conditions
- put in place a common language to move forward together.
The aim is to perpetuate safety management systems through frequent analysis of results. Since 2009, HYD&AU FLUID has been certified by the Normandy regional steering committee following an audit by an external body.
